What happens in the twenty minutes?
You tell us about your business and how it runs day to day. We listen and ask questions, then tell you plainly what we see and what we'd do if it were ours. No slide deck, no pitch.
Do I need to prepare anything or know what to ask for?
No. Most owners come to us precisely because they aren't sure what the right questions are yet. Bringing the curiosity is enough.
Is there any cost or obligation?
The consultation is free, with no obligation. You'll leave understanding your opportunity better than when you started, whether or not we work together.
Will you make me replace the tools I already use?
Almost never. We start from what you already have and build on it. If something genuinely isn't worth keeping we'll say so — but we don't ask owners to tear out working systems for the sake of it.
